Our long time client “Bluewater Movements” has grown to the largest tournament trail in South Florida. Jamie Bunn (Tournament Director) came to us looking to offer live results as a billfish release happens. Specializing in functionality and online database, we brought our expertise together with the specs of the project.
In the end, the Bluewater Movements team was able to provide reel time updates to the site through an admin panel. The results page features a live refresh every 45 seconds to allow users to remain on the page without having to manually refresh. With an easy to use database entry system the live feed went smoothly.
By adding the live results feed, traffic was over 8 times the average, making the Billfish Challenge Live Results a Success.
