2. Proposal If you like what you hear, our team will formulate a proposal around the discussed objectives. Our proposals are detailed and designed to inform you about every aspect of bringing a website online. The estimated cost is clearly displayed within. We ask that you only request a proposal if you are seriously considering our company, as they are extremely detailed. Our team writes proposal twice per week, so please be patient.
3. Accepted Proposal Once you have accepted our proposal, we require you to sign the last page, which is the contract. We need it faxed or mailed to us along with a 50% deposit. As soon as we receive this, we will begin working on your project. We accept checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex) for the deposit.
4. Supply Content Our team will send you an email with regards to pieces we need you to supply. For the next step to occur we will need images first. Then we will need you to supply text content, logos, design specs, etc. We always tell our clients, that whether you use our company or not, you are going to want to have these details ready to go. This way there is no delay on your part and you can provide them when your designer and coder need them.
5. Design Once we have what is needed to start the design, we will bring your ideas along with ours to produce a user friendly and visually appealing design. All designs are custom, prepared in Photoshop. Once we finish the basics of the design, we will send you a screenshot/picture of the design via email. At this point, you may fine-tune the site with our designers as you wish, to get it exactly the way you want. It is important that the design structure (example: header, navigation menu, footer) are exactly the way you see fit, because changing this after we have started coding takes additional time.
6. Development Once you give us the word that your design is done, our team will begin to hand code it. Each website is built and coded around modern web standards, search engines and tested cross browser, so that everyone may view your site properly. Our team will need your text and content for each page.

   The website is built in a development area, enabling only you to view the website, which will not go live to the public until completion.

7. Quality Control Once the site is done being coded and the content is in place, we will ask you, our client to go through the pages for any last minute small changes. Any database work and forms should be tested several times by the client.
8. Launch Once we are 100% done with the site, we will require final payment. Upon receipt, we will launch the website live on your domain name.
